Dear Mavra,

Where to even start? I’ve never had an experience quite like the one I’ve had at your gorgeous boutique with you. From the moment we met and I got to know your incredible talent and eye for beautiful things, I knew I had found a truly special person and place.

You have the most exquisite taste in fabrics, shapes, textures, and colors; just speaking to you for a few minutes inspires my whole day. Designing bespoke pieces with you is such an honor, and I feel so lucky to own clothing made with such intention and love. Every detail you conceptualize - every stitch, every element of the design - is absolute perfection.

I love that every single piece is unique and that no one else has anything like what you create. Because everything is so well-made and timeless, I know I will re-wear these pieces for years and eventually pass them down to future generations.

You are an extremely talented, hardworking, and truly inspirational woman. I hope many more people get the chance to experience designing with you, visiting your boutique, or even just chatting with you.

If I could relive one part of planning my wedding over and over again, it would be my appointments with Mavra.

She is one of the sweetest, warmest people I’ve ever met. Seeing her always felt like getting the biggest hug. She has this way of making you feel instantly comfortable, completely heard, and genuinely cared for. Every appointment felt less like a fitting and more like catching up with someone who was just as excited about your wedding as you were.

Somehow, she created a dress that was even more beautiful than the one I had imagined in my own head. I still don’t know how she did it. She took every little thought, every tiny detail, and somehow turned it into something even better than I dreamed of. It felt so perfectly me.

Looking back, I don’t just think about my wedding dress. I think about Mavra. She made one of the most special seasons of my life even more magical, and I’m so grateful she’s part of those memories. She gave me so much more than a beautiful gown. She gave me an experience I’ll treasure forever.

I still remember putting it on in one of our last fittings. I hadn’t brought anyone with me and started to feel a bit embarrassed when I could feel the tears forming in my eyes seeing myself in the mirror for the first time… and then I turned to Mavra and Zoe and they were both crying. I’ll never forget how surrounded that made me feel. (Crying right now reliving this lol) 

Thank you, Mavra. It was such a privilege to wear one of your creations, but it’s an even bigger privilege to know you.

There are certain people whose work transcends fashion and becomes art, and Mavra is unequivocally one of them!

When I was preparing for my very first headline show, I wanted something special. Not simply a top, but a piece that felt like an extension of the music, the moment, and the dream I had spent years working toward. What Mavra created was more beautiful than anything I could have imagined!

From the moment I put it on, I felt transformed! Every detail was crafted with such extraordinary care, intention, and artistry. The silhouette was breathtaking, the craftsmanship impeccable, and the result was a piece that made me feel confident and entirely myself!

What I admire most about Mavra is her rare ability to create garments that are not only visually stunning but emotional. She understands that clothing can hold memories. It can become part of a story. And on one of the most meaningful nights, she gave me something I will cherish forever!

The photographs from that evening will always remind me of the music, the audience, and the magic of that first show. They will also remind me of Mavra's immense talent, generosity, and vision.

What made the experience even more meaningful, however, was the opportunity to know Mavra and her most wonderful daughter, Zoe! They are two of the warmest, kindest, and most genuine people one could ever hope to meet. Their enthusiasm, generosity of spirit, and heartfelt support made what could have been a simple fitting an indelible experience that I treasure! Long after the final stitch was sewn, it was their kindness that lingered!

Mavra and Zoe embody both talent and resplendent character so effortlessly! I feel incredibly fortunate not only to have worn one of Mavra's creations, but also to have shared this milestone moment with such delightful new friends!
