STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY 

In-Stock items your order will be processed within 2 to 3 business days, order processing is from Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays), once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information, please allow up to one business day for tracking information to update.

Knitwear items are created On-Demand, the processing time is from 5 to 7 business days.

Custom items are on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated individually with the clients.

  • For purchases under $250 CAD, a shipping fee will be added to your total at the time of checkout.
  • Any purchase over $250 CAD will receive FREE Standard Shipping.
  • You have the option to choose expedited shipping at an additional cost at the time of checkout. Express items are shipped via air and arrive within 1-3 business days.

 

    We ship, "Signature Required" on items priced over $250 CAD  for security purposes, please make sure someone is available to receive and sign for your package. If the shipment is returned to us due to the inability to deliver or refusal of the package, we will refund you the amount minus any shipping fees we have incurred.

    UPS/FedEx/DHL do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We reserve the right to ship via different carriers without prior notification such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Purolator, Canpar or Loomis.
